Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to build CTMP option analysis and stage TGS sheets.

Select options from the pool

Click Open Options Pool. Browse categories, select treatments, set Yes/No, then export back to this report.

Set up the construction stage

In Options Project, save the stage, set its TGS reference, and add more stages if the CTMP has multiple work packages.

Review and save decisions

In Step 1, edit status and project reasoning. Click Save Edits before switching stages so changes are kept.

Generate the CTMP report

Step 2 builds one combined Options Analysis report covering every saved stage in the project.

Generate the stage TGS sheet

Step 3 builds the A3 sheet for the active stage only. Edit cells on the sheet if needed, then print or export an image.

Export or continue stages

Export Project JSON for backup, switch stages to repeat Steps 1–5, or send the analysis into the CTMP workflow when ready.

Tip: First load each day starts with no selected parameters. After Save Edits, switching stages keeps your decisions. Use Reload Selected Data only when you have exported a new selection from the Options Pool.

POptions Project (multi-stage)

Each construction stage has its own options and one TGS. The CTMP report combines all stages; generate the TGS sheet for the active stage only.

Loaded from Options Pool selection or imported JSON. Use the red × on the left of any row to delete that option (same as Risk Assessment).

2Generate CTMP Options Analysis Report

Builds one combined CTMP report covering every saved construction stage in the project.

3Generate TGS Sheet

Builds A3 landscape sheet(s) for the active stage only. Target is one readable page; if needed, a second page is used (maximum 2 pages).
